You've been pushing through exhaustion because stopping doesn't feel safe, who will take care of everything?! The bills, the kids, the plans and schedules.

A lot of women don’t actually know what safety feels like in their body anymore.

They know pressure.
Responsibility.
Hyper independence.
Constant mental noise.

But softness? Receiving? Resting without guilt?

That can feel almost unobtainable.

And no amount of mindset work fixes a body that still believes it has to stay braced.

That’s why I created this circle.

Not to “fix” you or turn you into some softer, prettier, more spiritual version of yourself.

This is here to give your body space to finally exhale.

Held beneath the Strawberry Moon, we’ll gather for an evening of embodiment, emotional release, ritual, nervous system softening, and reconnection.

The dragon and sun codes will intentionally elevate your vibration. This releases the old patterns of survival giving you the energetic space to connect with your true essence.

This is a space to reconnect with yourself honestly.
